Kansas POA Revocation
The Kansas revocation of power of attorney form is used to cancel an existing power of attorney document in the State. In many instances, simply creating a new power of attorney will cancel any previous one of the same kind. Notice should be given to the agent before their status is revoked so that they do not make any decisions on behalf of the principal when that authority has been taken away.
Signing Requirements (§ 58-652(3)(c)(3)) – Must be recorded in the same manner as the contract that it is revoking.
